Project overview

The ‘Home workout manual’ was produced as an aid for healthy individuals 18 years and older to help bring out the athlete in them, even if they have never played sport.

Compelling in a way a treadmill or plate-loaded machine can never be, kettlebell work outs require balance, coordination, core control, hand-eye coordination and teach you to move like an athlete.

Using photography supplied by Jason which show the complete range of motion for each exercise along with a comprehensive nutrition plan this manual has been well received by its users.
